Tyler McKenna
Design Consultant
Tyler grew up in the home improvement industry. Starting as a carpenter, and then branching out into design and sales. His goal has always been to provide customers with a great home improvement experience along with a high-quality installation. Since his start at Patio Systems in 2021, he has helped hundreds of homeowners transform their underutilized porch and patio areas into beautiful enclosures that can be enjoyed year-round. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys fishing, restoring classic cars and trucks, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter.

Shana Claggett
Production Manager
Shana began her career in construction 9 years ago working hands on in the field. Her journey at Patio Systems began in February of 2021 as a field supervisor. Through growth and experience she has worked her way up to Production management. Shana is an animal enthusiast, enjoys video games, traveling and spending her time with family and friends.
Greg Schraf
Product Manager
Greg owned a landscape and construction company for 15 years before selling the business and moving onto a new role with Patio Systems. While managing your project, Greg strives to communicate effectively and promptly throughout the process, to aid in your project going as smoothly as possible. He and his wife Liz have two young children who they love to spend time with on the weekends exploring their new home in Lewes, DE.
Phil Bucci
Project Manager
Phil has been working at Patio Systems since the summer of 2022. He began as a sunroom installation technician and quickly moved up to sunroom installation lead. Because of his consistent attention to detail and strong customer service skills, he moved into the project manager role in the fall of 2023.
Rick Baker
Service Manager
One of our Sussex County natives who takes great pride in his surroundings. Rick is a husband and father of two amazing children, he and his family are avid local events attendees who enjoy being part of their community. When he and his team are not working hard to resolve issues for our patrons, he enjoys most of his free time with family and friends in the outdoors of Delmarva. His knowledge of our products and the ready and willing team he has here, going above and beyond for our customers, are a vital part of our companies drive to serve others with Integrity.
Grace Dykas
Marketing & Service Coordinator
Grace hails from Washington state and has been living in Milton for the past three years. She has been with Patio Systems for one year where she conducts their marketing opportunities and assists the service department. She is currently getting her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two dogs Pepper and Tucker and her boyfriend Drew.
Jeni Martzall
Showroom Host & Receptionist
Jeni moved here from Lititz, PA with her partner Christopher who is the owner of Patio Systems. Jeni joined the Patio Systems Team in July of 2024. Growing up Jeni spent a lot of her summer weekends here in Delaware at her grandparent’s camper. She has two daughters who live in the Pittsburgh area. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, walking, reading and visiting her family in PA.

Accounting
I have been living in Delaware since 1991, I am originally from Pennsylvania. I started with Patio Systems in October of 2024. For me time, I love to go for long runs and/or spend many hours in my home gym. My family and I enjoy spending time on the beach fishing or just soaking up the salt air. My interests also include crafting, cooking, drawing, crocheting, and taking sunrise and sunset pictures.
Chris Burns
Owner/Operations Manager
I came to Patio Systems in the summer of 2021 and recently purchased the company from the former owner, Ron Simmons. I served in the United States Coast Guard from 1987 to 1994 and have been in the building industry ever since. I have done everything from decks to custom log homes, gymnasiums to community centers with pools and indoor track facilities. While I have been in construction and carpentry for a long time, I was also an athletic administrator in Christian schools and a Christian college for 9 years while coaching high school and college baseball, high school and college men’s basketball, high school field hockey, high school golf, high school cross country and track and field, college cross country, and high school girls’ basketball all at one time or another between 1995 and 2018. My real passion is serving people whether through business, coaching, of guiding trips to Alaska which I have done since 2009. I am blessed with three incredible children who are all grown and two beautiful grandchildren whom I do not see near enough. Spending time with Jeni and our 2 dogs, Theo and Bella, is the thing I enjoy most in life. I serve an audience of One and, although I fail regularly, I hope that my team and I can truly serve our customers with excellence.
